**Training Planning Officer**

**Location**:Luton

The Training Planning Officer is part of a team of 15 who are responsible for planning and maintaining more than 10,000 easyJet’s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters, ensuring the rosters are built legally and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

**Requirements of the Role**

**What you need to do the role**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our tea. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and improving the quality of our crew roster and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 18 months of experience in a planning or operational delivery environment, with a strong customer focus and a keenness to deliver the best possible service. You should also have a detailed understanding of crew tracking systems, including the AIMS system, as well as a good working knowledge of pilot and cabin training footprints.

In addition, you should be a strong team player with a questioning mind and the ability to challenge in a positive, constructive manner. You should also be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and analytical tools. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role, as is a knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or any other national crew compliance regulations.

Experience of working within a supply chain operating to strict time deadlines, ideally within an airline environment, would be highly advantageous. If you have operational airline experience, gained from a period working in Crewing/Operations, we encourage you to apply.

**Location & Hours of Work**

This full-time role will be based in Hangar 89, Luton Airport, and will be 40 hours per week. Some overseas travel will be required.
