**People Data & Insights Specialist** who will own all things People Data as well as be fundamental to our HRIS implementation. The role is key to supporting the People Operations function, generating meaningful insights that drive data-led decision making, owning payroll, benefits, as well getting exposure to partnering with our client teams on People Advisory responsibilities. **Responsibilities**:
In this exciting role the responsibilities will be:
People Data, Systems & Analytics
- Ownership of all People Management Information (MI) requirements (development, collection, analysis and reporting) including People KPIs, board reports, annual and ad hoc pay, bonus and benefits, benchmarking analytics, organisational structure, regular people data audits etc.
- Responsible for managing the upload of any mass data changes into various systems supporting e.g. annual pay review, bonus payments, TUPE transfers, annual leave accruals etc, and own robust reconciliation and audit processes of this data.
- Proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities with a view to driving data processes efficiency and continually enhancing the User experience, support as a project contributor on any further new systems and/or developments.
- Consolidation of People Data across our international business and preparation for HRIS launch.

Payroll & Benefits & People Operations
- Support monthly and any other cyclical payroll processes, including conducting data validation checks as directed, working closely with the People Operations Team to ensure pay data accuracy at all times, escalating complexities to the Senior People
- Own benefits benchmarking exercises as well as renewals of any existing benefits schemes, providing sound data insights to inform decision making. Be the owner of any benefits reporting requirements.

People Advisory
- Provide coaching and support to other members of the People Ops team on analytics and insight generation
- Partner with line managers and provide guidance to them on people management queries.
- Utilise a more generalist background to support generalist People Ops activities as directed, including policies and processes and their continuous improvement, including various projects support work.

Qualifications:
**_ Essential Criteria_**
- Experience of payroll and benefits administration processes
- Experience in development of MI reports, including working with complex data structures across a variety of different systems including Excel
- Ability to present data and information in a clear, high quality format, and where appropriate creative and insightful
- Analytical, problem solver, with good design and implementation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision to ensure targets are delivered on time
- Proactive in providing solutions and improvements
- Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail, to ensure an accurate and efficient service is delivered at all times
- Experience of working in a high pressure fast-paced environment, preferably in a fast-growth business within a small “all hands on deck” People team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can do, hands on attitude and a calm professional manner
