Paint Sprayer

King and Fowler UK are market leaders in the provision of surface treatment and special processes in the global aerospace industry. Due to increased workload King and Fowler are looking to recruit an experienced paint sprayer
- **Role Specific Duties**_
- Preparing paint spraying equipment.
- Mixing paints to the necessary standards.
- Paint spraying of parts to customer specific quality requirements, including primer and top coat.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Managing inventory of paints and equipment.
- Working to clear production schedules ensuring that the production plan is achieved in a busy customer focussed work environment.
- Reporting of any issues affecting paint spray.
- Ensuring that you always follow safety procedures.
- **Statutory Duties**_
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures alongside statutory requirements. Reporting any unsafe working practises / activities is essential.
- **Business Duties**_
- Continually review working practices to remove and reduce waste and non-value adding activities. Actively support and contribute to the continuous improvement programme.
- Participate in training activity within the company.
- Work with a minimum amount of supervision, supporting and maintaining good level of productivity in business.
- Positively support teamwork and circulation of experience within the workforce

**Salary**: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
