Nozzle is a leading global Amazon software and service provider. We combine our world-first Amazon customer analytics SaaS platform with a team of growth and advertising specialists (nozzle adVantage) focused on helping sellers grow faster. We provide insights sellers can’t get anywhere else like customer repeat order rate, profit per
customer (LTV), the cost of acquiring a customer and more. We use these metrics to drive pivotal business decisions like allocating PPC and DSP budgets, understanding the trade-off between growth and profitability and driving customer loyalty. We work with founder-led Amazon only SMBs to multi-channel market leading global businesses. Nozzle was founded in 2019 as a spin out of UCL’s Computer Science Department that specialises in ecommerce and online advertising research.
**About the role**
The Growth Strategist Executive will be a support role within the commercial team. Reporting to the Senior Growth Strategist, they will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience for a portfolio of clients across our analytics product. They will also work closely with Product, Engineering and the Growth teams.
This role is fully remote but the team gets together once a month in London.
**Example responsibilities**
- Running live analytics demos and monthly account management calls
- Creating customer growth plans and monthly reports for our clients
- Training customers how to get the best out of the analytics tool
- Supporting the senior growth strategist with ad hoc projects and requests
- Running sales demo for prospective clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Acting as the first line of response for customer enquiries
- Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience
- Supporting product and engineering with data projects
**Qualifications**
- Understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem is desirable
- Proactive in improving their knowledge and capability
- Highly analytical and organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
- Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (E.g. Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables) and be comfortable presenting to a variety of clients
- Proven ability to craft a story and strong narrative interpreted from large amounts of performance data
