The home is situated in its own expansive grounds in a quiet but central location in the city of Stirling. It has strong local links and caters for a wide range of personal needs.

Westerlands has two lounges, a large dining room, a sensory/relatives room, sensory garden and games area in the back garden. Westerlands also has a large patio area in the front garden.

Carers are fully resourced to provide person-centred care in a homely environment. Westerlands do not use agency or bank staff, meaning continuity of care.

Family and friends are encouraged to play a key role in the decisions affecting their relative and life in general within the care home.

Westerlands are looking to appoint an Activities Coordinator to provide creative activities and stimulation to the residents of the Care Home. This includes trips out with residents. An enthusiastic, engaging and caring personality is essential with an excellent imagination.

This role is 35 hours a week, working 5 days a week and working every second weekend.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour
