**Stores / FLT Driver**

**£25,350 - Permanent Role**

**Day Shift - Hull**

Summit Selection are proud to be working with a busy engineering business company based in the HU3 area of Hull. This company are experiencing a period of growth and are now looking to add to their workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Organise and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Assist in any waste management duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid Counterbalance Forklift operator's license.
- Proven experience in forklift operation within a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Thursday - 7.30am-4.30pm / 12.30pm Friday

**Salary**: From £25,350.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
