**Rate - £15 to £18+ per hour.**

**Overview**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to construction and maintenance work.
- Proven track record of effectively engaging with customers, embodying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in both collaborative and autonomous work settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £15.00-£18.84 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
