Our Line Leaders lead our production lines to ensure we adhere to our high production high standards, and ensure we deliver daily production Key Performance Indicators. Due to this being a key role, this role is offered on a permanent basis.

**Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.30pm (Some flexibility on early starts required)**

**Duties and Responsibilities Include;**
- Building, developing, and leading a high performing production Line.
- Leading by example.
- Working to high standards on line regarding Safety, Standard Work and Quality.
- Carrying out quality checks.
- Delivering a line production schedule and reviewing using short interval control.
- Identify, rectify and resolve production issues.
- Perform Start Up, Change Over and Clean Down tasks.

**Previous experience within the food production sector is required, applicants should also be able to demonstrate previous Line Leader experience.**

The pace of the role and the environment requires a level head and some resilience, as we have daily deadlines we need to work to. The roles involves lots of interaction with colleagues, support teams and other Depts. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a factory environment, not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in and lead an amazing, close knit team.

**What We're Looking For**
- 2 Yrs FMCG Experience
- Leadership Experience
- Knowledge of GMP/HACAP and Food Safety
- Great influencing and communication skills
