We are a vibrant and dog-friendly cafe located in Hampsteas Garden Suburb. Known for our cozy ambiance, delicious menu offerings, and welcoming atmosphere for both humans and their furry friends, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for all our guests.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as dog-friendly cafe staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our customers while ensuring that both two-legged and four-legged guests feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude, both humans and their dogs
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently while catering to the needs of dog owners
- Preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with cafe recipes and standards
- Creating a welcoming environment for dogs, including providing water bowls and treats
- Handling transactions and operating the cash register with a smile for both humans and their canine companions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for all guests
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Enthusiasm for working in a dog-friendly environment and a love for dogs of all shapes and sizes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both humans and dogs in a positive manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
