Hotel Receptionist

The Morritt Arms Hotel and Spa are looking to add an experienced Reception Team Member to our team

Here at The Morritt, we are all about delighting our Guests. We are a 4 star hotel set within a 17th Century coaching inn, with 26 bedrooms, self catered cottages and an award winning Spa.

Your role is the face of our hotel. The first person to welcome our guests, and the last person to wish them a safe journey on departure. You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly check in of our guests, ensuring it is a smooth experience, and giving them all the necessary information so that they can get the most out of their stay. You will need to work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for check in, as well as support our restaurant during busy times

In return for your hard work with us at the Morritt Hotel and Spa you will be eligible for staff meals on shift, as well as discounted stays and use of facilities across the Squirrel group of hotels.

Some experience with Rezlynx PMS would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided

This is a variable hours part time role where we would expect most weeks to be between around 30 hours, however the flexibility to work more hours as required would be advantageous

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
