Data entry/bookkeeping via Xero
- Manage Transport Calendar on Tachomaster
- Schedule fleet in for Inspections, MOTs, Rolling Brake Tests, Services, Tachograph Calibrations and so on
- Deal with live breakdowns
- Build a strong relationship with our suppliers, contractors and partners
- Adding manual sundry payments
- Manage ticket quires
- Invoicing Contractors
- Compose daily and weekly reports for the Senior Management Team
- Manage compliance for EU regulations - Drivers hours, Tachograph Infringements
- Post vacancies onto recruitment sites and arrange driver interviews
- Monitor and schedule vehicle damages/repairs
- Manage staff annual leave and sicknesses register (Find cover/hire vehicle if required)
- Cross check load tickets against our remittance advice
- Carry out inductions for new employees/drivers
- Take meeting minutes
- General Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£21,840.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
