The Right Client
- Due to continued success and growth, my client based in Warrenpoint is now seeking a Procurement Administrator.

The Right role:

- Provide administrative support to ensuring processes, procedures and documents are controlled in line with our commitments to ISO: 9001.
- Provide administrative support to the project team by providing delivery & progress reports to department meetings for discussion and action.
- General administrative duties required to support the operational and delivery teams
- Planning, organisation and documentation of internal and external meetings
- Support the company’s approach to corporate social responsibility, charitable commitments and our own events.
- Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system
- Commercially aware and able to grasp technical concepts.
- Have a positive approach to continuous improvement processes and techniques
- Demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Interacting with suppliers
- An excellent communicator both with clients and colleagues
- Data input and processing
- Uphold Data Protection Policies

The Right Fit:

- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project & CAD Drawing Software or comparable
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years’ experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warrenpoint: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
