Proclinical is actively seeking 4 Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Burgess Hill.

The positions are divided into two shifts:

- AM shift from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- PM shift from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and entail 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.

The primary mission of this role is to meet the daily operational needs as directed by the DC Shift Supervisor, DC Shift Senior, or NDC Management. This includes tasks related to Outbound Goods Dispatch and Goods Receipt, ensuring compliance with warehouse standards, quality directives, local SOPs, WI's, and DOA rules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational objectives and warehouse KPIs.
- Efficiently handle Goods Receipt and storage, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Prioritize urgent requirements and process cross-docked items and customer backorders promptly.
- Assist with vehicle loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Replenish stock bins for picking in a timely manner.
- Segregate, record, and manage customer Returned products.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring compliance with product specifications.
- Maintain accreditation on SAP R/3 Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Conduct daily inventory checks and adhere to housekeeping directives for a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by Team Leaders or DC Manager.
- Adhere to Quality system procedures and contribute to their improvement.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehousing.
- Leadership experience in a high-performing supply chain team.
- Expertise in Packaging or relevant transferable experience.
- Familiarity with SAP/IT systems.
- Experience in budget monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Competency in performance management and staff/operational planning.
- Proficiency in Change Management practices.
- Forklift Truck Operations qualification (desirable).
- Logistics Operations Management qualification (desirable).
- IATA qualification (desirable).

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.64-£13.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
