**Location: Crayford**

**Salary: £11.71 per hour, increases after probation**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 11.15am.**

**Job type: Full-time, permanent**

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for a Stockroom Picking Assistant to join their ever-expanding team. You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.

**Responsibilities of the Stockroom Picking Assistant**:

- Pick products against store picking list / works orders.
- Preparing kits for issue to the factory.
- Update stock room bin locations as required.
- Collate drivers in preparation for packing.
- Inspect drivers for quality and advise of any defects.
- Pack drivers in suitable bags/boxes.
- Print and label packed drivers as per sales order details.
- Reduce and keep to a minimum product and component overspill.
- Identification of damaged or faulty goods.
- Ensure the stockroom area is kept clean and tidy daily.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

**Requirements of the Stockroom Picking Assistant**:

- Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
- Lifting and moving products up to 15kg in weight.
- Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching throughout the shift.
