**About The Role**

The Learning & Development team are at the very start of an extremely exciting journey and the Digital Learning Consultant is a brand new role, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative and really wants to show off their artistic flair through digital content creation. We’re looking for someone who can use their in-depth knowledge of creating engaging digital learning interventions, to breathe life into a broad mix of content.

It’s a varied role that will see you introduce our bespoke development pathways, mandatory training calendar, and other soft skill learning. Take charge of our social media platforms, magnifying engagement by spotlighting our employer Brand through innovative content.

It's an autonomous opportunity where you'll sculpt your digital design skills. This role is especially rewarding, you’ll be touching every corner of the business and people in it, and you’ll see the impact you make to teammates each day through your engaging content design.

**What you can expect to be doing**
- Introduce digital learning pathways that support our face-to-face workshops.
- Work closely with our compliance team to design and deliver the mandatory training calendar.
- Be an ambassador of the LOVE Brand by creating content in line with Brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain audiences for digital content.
- Report digital learning completion against expected targets.
- Maintain updated records of learning material.
- Keep up to date with modern digital learning principals.

**A Few Things About You**
- We’re looking for a person who has experience designing engaging digital learning content and who can create impactful Social Media Content.
- You’ll have a sound knowledge of Rise 360, StoryLine and other Articulate tools.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and inspire Teammates at all levels.
- You’re confident in your knowledge of how to engage different audiences with just in time learning principles.
- You have the ability to challenge existing ways of thinking and bring in innovative ideas to the team.
