Bar Staff

The Bank Bar & Restaurant Newry require flexible experienced Bar Staff on a casual basis. Applicants must be aged over 18yrs, have previous bar experience and be available to work evenings and weekends as required on a rota basis. Applicants should also have transport or be able to get home safely late at night due to the nature of the role.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or functions
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous bar experience i preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: £7.16-£10.90 per hour
