**Salary - £21,630, £23,690 after 6-months, £25,750 after 12 months + potential 10% bonus**

We have an opportunity for a Sourcing Specialist to join our rapidly growing business based in the North-East, making it a great time for you to join the family. The Sourcing Specialist will be working in a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment, every day is different as you deal with a wide range of projects and customers. As the Sourcing Specialist some of your accountabilities will include:

- Input and check customer requirements in developing a specification
- Identify and recommend suitable suppliers for projects
- Project management of customer projects
- Work together with the other customer facing teams
- Ensure that we meet our Social Value 3rd sector first approach

- In a customer facing role (can be any kind e.g. retail, contact centre, hospitality)
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work well within processes
- Being supportive of others
