**The Company Overview**:
Butler rose are partnered with a leading real estate company based in North Manchester. The successful applicant will carry out of duties including bookkeeping, sales & purchase ledger management & bank reconciliation, online banking. You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with all levels of staff, suppliers, and other members of the management. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit finance team working in a fast-paced environment.

My Client now have an URGENT requirement for a Bookkeeper and as a result, you will need to be either immediately available or available at short notice. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office.

**Your new role as a bookkeeper**:
**Your duties will include**:
Will include bank reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Payroll and Expenses.

Query resolution on control accounts, debtors & creditors.

Liaise with suppliers, calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money including office supplies and stock purchase decisions.

Preparation of data/reporting for year end, trial balance etc.

Payroll preparation with an understanding of PAYE, national insurance and pensions and commission payments.

Experience in submitting monthly pension schedules.

Administer incoming payments and refunds for our buyer's deposits.

**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
Strong accounting & bookkeeping experience, at least 5 years of working on a variety of accounts.

Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/AAT/CIMA) - desirable, but not essential.

Excellent presentation and concise communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience with using Xero accounting software essential.

Strong Organisational & IT/ Excel skills
- pivot tables would be an advantage

Proactive with the ability to prioritise workload & meet tight deadlines.

Ability to handle sensitive data professionally & maintain confidentiality.

Experience in Property sales, management and estate agency will be an advantage.
