HR Advisor

Elevation are currently supporting one of our manufacturing clients in Scunthorpe to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team. The role will provide comprehensive and professional generalist Human Resources service to Managers/Supervisors and staff.
This is a fully generalist role offering flexible working and c1-2 days working from home following probationary period. The role is fully generalist supporting the HR Manager on all aspects of HR including ER, recruitment, development, policies & procedures,working closely with line managers in all matters including employment law, employee relations, resourcing, staff development, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, occ. health referrals and performance management.
The role will also support on payroll changes, MI reporting and Reward initiatives as well as involvement in maximizing use of the HR systems, spreadsheets and payroll processes and administration so an interest or aptitude for this would be welcomed.

Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 or above or studying towards and strong IT/systems capability.
You should be used to influencing stakeholders.
