Position Summary:
Meet or exceed the annual area booking target set by EMEA Management.

Increase ITT Industrial Process market share, seek and develop new market segments and target customers.

Support and grow existing customer base in the area.

Develop business at key accounts and support global effort with Strategic Account customers.

Personally drive customer relationships and satisfaction.

Support the business in resolving and negotiating issues with commercial terms and conditions, project communication, payment collections and customer issues, both internally and externally.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Achieve or exceed the annual booking target for the area consisting of Pumps, Parts, M&C, Service and Distribution.

Assist in the development of budgets, orders, sales forecasts and annual plans for the specified region.

Assist in the collection of outstanding payments in the region.

Position Requirements:
**Education**:BS in Engineering** (or equivalent)**

**Experience**: 5 - 10yrs experience in engineered pump sales

**Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Team player
- Sales minded
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented
- PC Literate
- Hands on practical experience
