Handballer

**Salary**: £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0800-1730 (1 hour lunch break)

Overtime / Weekend work available during peak times

Basic understanding of ETSF operations would be helpful but not essential
- 23 days holiday + BH, lovely team, good culture, team days out
- MUST be a team player
- Very physical role: handballing
- Must be available for interviewon Tuesday afternoon (24.01.23)
- Small amount of paperwork/admin so must have basic computer skills
- Forklift licence is desirable

**Warehouse Duties**

Devanning Containers
- Moving pallets (with pallet trucks and if licences, PPT, counterbalance truck and reach truck)
- Building pallets to customer spec's
- Wrapping pallets both by hand and on wrap machine
- Labelling pallets correctly
- Putting pallets away into racking and recording their locations correctly
- Completing put away notes
- See the containers back onto bays if applicable or back into space at Blakenham
- Ensuring all drivers are aware of safety requirements for the building / site.- High vis
- Safety boots
- In correct locations
- Not entering the warehouses
- Safe unloading and loading of vehicles
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for faults or damage - taking photos where necessary
- Communicating discrepancy issues to relevant parties.
- Marking and labelling stock as required / instructed.
- Storing stock / inventory in a safe manner.
- Completing all paperwork as instructed and per company policies.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- General housekeeping, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment. This includes removal of rubbish, sweeping and general cleaning of work areas.
- If trained, carrying out safety checks on vehicles and recording checks.
- Help to train and guide any new staff to make their transition into the company smooth
- Report any damages in warehouse to management team
- Racking checks
- Site checks
- Completing paperwork
- Devan sheets
- Put away notes
- Collection notes
- Delivery notes
- Obtaining drivers signatures or relevant paperwork
- Completing collection information
- Taking photos of inbound containers and outbound loads and uploading photos and documentation for digital records
