In this exceptional training and development role as an apprentice lightning conductor fitter, you will be taught the skills to install and repair lightning protection systems for our varied customer base across the UK. Gaining practical experience alongside our experienced fitters you will work towards a formal qualification - NVQ Level 2 in Lightning Conductor Engineering. Supported by our supervisors and managers, you will represent the Company in liaising with clients and contractors and upholding Omega’s values of offering excellent service.

You will need to hold a driving licence and be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
