Carry out weekly H&S checks
Carry out minor repairs as required
Contact contractors as required
Compliance with all policy and procedures of the home
Weekly fire checks
Check all lighting and replace light bulbs as required
Maintain all items of equipment in a safe and secure manner
Undertake planned maintenance
Use any equipment provided in a safe and secure manner
To liaise with the manager on a daily basis

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
