Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters
- Conduct data entry and analysis to support HR reporting and metrics
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with accounting software
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (and ability to navigate and utilize HR databases effectively
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes is beneficial
