Are you a Mechanic looking for a new job in Preston? Our client is a national Bus provider, growing rapidly and looking for Mechanics to work on their PSV fleet in Preston.

Our client is looking for a 'can-do’, enthusiastic and motivated individual who works well as a team player but who gets the job done, working under their own initiative, to help service and repair their small and varied fleet at the engineering workshopin Preston, your focus will be vehicle fault diagnosis and repair, servicing and parts replacement. The key activities in this job will be:

- Routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle types
- Diagnosing and rectifying all types of vehicle faults, using diagnostic equipment
- MOT preparation
- Maintain and complete vehicle and Company documentation

Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 HGV City & Guilds/NVQ equivalent
- Previous experience as a qualified fitter/mechanic/engineer
- Possession of a PCV licence or be willing to work towards acquiring this

In return for this you will get an attractive salary of up to £35,360 per annum along with training, a company pension scheme and a free travel pass

The shift is a rolling shift over 5 days at 8 ½ hours per day (40 hrs + lunch), shifts are:
Early - 06:00 - 14:30

Lates - 13:30 - 23:59
