Due to increased works, we are currently looking for experienced **Painter & Decorators **to join our thriving Painting business based in Southampton. We are looking to fill various roles within different areas such as Waverley, North Salisbury, Winchester, Aldershot, Warminister and Godalming area - the right individuals will be suited to nearer to their location. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our Team, who genuinely enjoy improving people’s environments and providing a valued service.

**The Painter and Decorator role**:

- You will be completing all internal and/ or external decorations within public environments, some may include social housing, military bases
- To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard you will be incentivized with bonus schemes
- You thrive off building relationships while you will be working on public sites. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
- Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.

**What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator**:

- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 or higher in Painting or similar professional body is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional environment.
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with use of their own vehicle
- Experience in working on Internal & External works, ideally within Social Housing, experience of working in Military Bases is desired.
