**Job Title: Early Years Level Practitioner**

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and creative Early Years Level Practitioner to play a vital role in nurturing young minds.
**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Child-Centered Engagement**:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, stimulating activities and learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and imaginative atmosphere that encourages children's growth and development.
**2. Child Wellbeing and Safety**:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under your care.
- Maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
**3. Curriculum Enrichment**:
- Tailor our curriculum to meet individual children's interests and needs, promoting their development in various areas.
**4. Positive Communication**:
- Establish effective communication with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on children's progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with team members to share creative ideas and best practices.
**5. Professional Growth**:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in relevant training and development programs.
**6. Flexible Shifts**:
- Work according to our rotational shift pattern, including 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
**7. Compensation and Benefits**:
- Competitive salary ranging from £21,634.60 to £27,315.60 per year, aligned with National Living Wage age groupings.
- Twenty-five days of annual leave per annum, excluding bank holidays.
- Half a day off to celebrate your birthday.
- Half a day off you are our employee of the month.
- Additional time off during the Christmas and New Year period when we are closed.
**Qualifications**:
- Essential: Early years childcare qualification.
