3. *Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing:*
- Perform antimicrobial susceptibility testing to determine the most effective antibiotics for treating bacterial infections.
- Provide recommendations on antibiotic therapy based on test results and resistance patterns.

4. *Epidemiological Surveillance:*
- Monitor and analyze trends in infectious diseases, participating in epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations.
- Provide data and insights to public health authorities to support disease prevention and control.

5. *Quality Control and Assurance:*
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements in the laboratory.

6. *Research and Development:*
- Engage in research projects to advance knowledge in medical microbiology, contributing to scientific literature.
- Stay informed about emerging infectious diseases and innovative diagnostic methods.

7. *Education and Training:*
- Provide training and education to laboratory staff, medical students, and healthcare professionals on microbiological techniques and interpretation of results.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical microbiology education.

8. *Laboratory Management:*
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the microbiology laboratory, including overseeing staff, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols.

9. *Collaboration with Clinical Teams:*
- Collaborate with infectious disease specialists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
