This role requires an absolute foodie to come into the team and express their love for food trendy new ideas that could help grow the businesses product range

You will experience travelling to suppliers, customers & other manufacturing sites that will be required on a weekly basis, meaning a driving licence and car is essential.

It is important that you have a thorough understanding of the product development process from concept through to launch with previous experience of adherence to Retailers NPD systems.

The company offer a competitive salary of Circa £35,000 DOE.

What they are looking for:

- Experience of working within product development in an FMCG environment.
- Managing critical paths and coordinating internal departments to ensure successful product launches.
- Knowledge of the functional characteristics of food ingredients.
- Have a thorough understanding of the product development process from concept through to launch with previous experience of adherence to Retailers NPD systems.
- Able to work under your own initiative.
