SF Recruitment are currently looking for an experience HR Advisor to work for our client based on Halesowen on a temporary basis. My client is looking for someone who is CIPD level 5 qualified, and can work at pace.

Pay rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour

Hours: 08:30- 17:00 Monday to Friday (based onsite in Halesowen)

Term: 1 month (to cover sickness)

Role
- Provide HR advice to managers on disciplinary, grievances, performance and absence management
- Advise line managers, influencing and coaching on employee relation cases
- Provide support to the HR Manager on HR related projects
- Assist with HR administration, including changes to contracts, letters and induction packs
- Monitor appraisals, skills matrices and training plans
- Carry out new starter inductions

Required
- Previous HR Advisory experience in a fast paced environment
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
