My client are a leading Bakery and snack manufacturer looking for a Quality technologist for their site based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader and gain experience and progress your career.
- Should have HACCP certification
- Understanding/experience with auditing
- Food Safety Understanding/certification
- Previous experience in an Ambient food environment desirable

The role:

- Carrying out root cause analysis
- Ensuring independent process and product checks are completed in each area according to the schedule
- Ensure Shelf-life samples are collected accurately and tested at end of life
- Play active role in 3rd party and customer audits (present information to the auditor)
- An understanding of the Bakery and snack HACCP system
- To maintain and meet the analysis schedule for using the appropriate systems and sampling
- To understand and implement the Allergen awareness, procedures, and controls

Tuesday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£31,001.00 per year
