**The purpose of this role**

As the **Lead Administrator**you will be joining a close-knit team, meeting the needs of all customers to ensure a smooth & excellent experience of the company's **luxury service.**

As the Lead Administrator **you'll be responsible for**:

- Being a **first point of contact** for customers and suppliers, dealing with general enquiries
- **Organising delivery dates and schedules**, ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
- Assisting in the **coordination of trade shows and events**, creating itineraries and bookings when required
- **Meeting and greeting customers**, helping with their requirements and liaise with other departments to ensure the highest-level experience is provided
- General administrative duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working within a **Customer Service environment**:

- **Excellent communication** and administration skills with high attention to detail
- IT proficient
