As Hotel 52 Stanley’s' Head Receptionist, you will be expected to oversee both the reception and housekeeping departments on a daily basis.

You must be committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests and employees, maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel, and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.

Your role is to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. You will be the main point of contact for all guest’s queries and essentially be the face of the hotel.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Manage purchasing
- Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
- Complete staffing rotas, managing holidays effectively
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

**Requirements and skills**
- Housekeeping - Able to efficiently clean and turnover rooms for the next guest
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills

**Salary**: Up to £25,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
