Foh Staff

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team at The Dry Spy Knowle. Situated on Knowle high street, we are a 1920’s cocktail bar offering a range of fantastic cocktails, mocktails, spirits and wine.

Previous experience in a similar role would be a great advantage, but training will be given.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking reservations in a professional and friendly way over the phone
- Assisting customers with all requirements
- Offering beverage suggestions from the menu
- Product knowledge and retention after training
- Providing a superior experience to all our customers in this high-end environment.
- Taking orders and delivering to tables in a timely and accurate manor.

**We are ideally looking for a front of house team member who**:

- Has previous experience in a high end fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Is passionate about delivering extraordinary customer service.
- Has a positive attitude.
- Is reliable and an excellent all-round team player.
- Is immaculately presented, smart, polite and friendly.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Can work well under pressure and able to multitask.
- Can communicate in English fluently

Part-time hours: 5-25 per week

**Salary**: £6.56-£11.00 per hour
