Door Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises
- Monitor and control access to the establishment
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible presence and deter any potential incidents
- Handle any disturbances or conflicts in a professional and calm manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their concerns
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow proper protocols
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or any other relevant information

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Door Supervisor license/certification
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic medical assistance if needed
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
