Job Summary:
**About Pearl Comms**

**Finance duties**:

- Dealing with the MD’s expenses and some basic financial assistance
- Processing weekly invoice runs.
- Raising credit notes.
- Processing customer statements of accounts.
- Maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Process payroll data and liaise with external Payroll organisations.
- Account reconciliation on Xero
- Raising invoices
- Regular production of weekly and monthly management information.
- Inputting supplier invoices on to accounts package.
- Reconciling supplier statements and requesting copy invoices.
- The compiling and updating of various spreadsheets and reports
- Setting up customer accounts, whilst liaising with the leadership team for confirmation of account details

**Personal assistant duties**
- They will be confident in handling sensitive information with discretion and tact and always understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Creating, issuing and managing internal feedback forms and ensuring that any action that needs to be taken is dealt with accordingly.
- Purchasing of office equipment, stationery and consumables
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Assist in planning and organising client meetings / events for the business.
- Have an active involvement in planning social events for the team and research/contribute to events calendar, with key dates for networking as well as supporting charity initiatives.
- Other duties as outline by the directors
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Support in areas of the MD’s personal life will be required
- Carry out various administration tasks to assist the business.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of Xero software
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft programmes, including Outlook and Excel training can be provided.
- A logical and methodically minded person who is process driven would suit the role, who has exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team and also work on own initiative at times.
- Understands the importance of asking questions to understand the task at hand fully and to actively participate in your own personal development and growth.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
