**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking ambitious individuals with a thirst for success to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our esteemed Nottingham office. No prior recruitment experience? No problem We're looking for individuals with a strong desire to build a successful career and the determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and attracting top talent for public sector roles
- Developing new business with target clients in your market
- Becoming the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
