Roofer / Labourer

Job Overview:
Due to increased work load we are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofer/Laborer to join our team. As a Roofer/Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various roofing projects from start to finish, including scaffolding, re-roofing, repairs, and maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting. It is important that the individual has a good attitude at work and shows enthusiasm towards making good progress each day.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the installation of roofing materials, including slates, tiles, and lead
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
- Assist with scaffolding erection, alterations and dismantling
- Work alongside experienced roofers to learn new skills and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a roofer or in a similar construction-related role is preferred
- Driving licence is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay based previous experience and ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
