What an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to come and make a big impact into an already successful, cash rich, multi sited national business. This business is all about working at a fast pace while having great attention to detail. The company has a city centre feel office (it screams luxury) but is based within the Urmston area so great for anyone looking to be closer to home.
You will be a key member of the senior management team, and work closely with the MD on implementing new strategies that will align with the companies goals and values, so you will be key to their growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day function and the team to ensure HR practices and initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring HR is a proactive partner in achieving organisational goals.
- Support and manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent across various functions and regions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and oversee the design and delivery of training and development programs
- Implement and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track and report on HR-related KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.

- experience within training and developing a large team - including senior leaders.
- Must be comfortable when influencing or being challenged by senior Directors.
- Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR manager in a national or multi-site company, with a deep understanding of HR best practices, ideally gained within an Industrial, Logistics/Distribution or fast paced FMCG background.
