Our Distribution Centre in St Ives is at the very hub of our business covering 70,000 sq ft and with 4,000 pallet spaces and 8,000 active sku’s it is a busy, complex and fast paced operation.

Our Distribution team currently have a vacancy for a Cycle counter to join the company on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Distribution Stock & Admin Manager, this role will be responsible for carrying out perpetual stock count, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting. Investigation of other stock inquiries and investigations. It will also cover a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

- Ensure daily Cycle Counting (CC) is conducted per the calendar. Input check details into the cycle counting database and maintain up-to-date counts and paperwork according to the schedule
- Investigate significant discrepancies during cycle counting, document details in the appropriate paperwork, and report findings to the Distribution Manager & Admin Supervisor.
- Assist with stock inquiries (SI), investigate missing items, and address stock discrepancies. Trace discrepancies from delivery to the pick face, examining original paperwork for potential issues.
- Ensure safe execution of all Cycle Count tasks and investigations, adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining company standards for the use of mechanical aids and forklift
