Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced **Graphic Designer - Japanese** **Speaking **for our highly creative in-house design department. A passion for design, an eye for detail and the ability to manage their own time and meet deadlines across multiple projects is essential.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create graphic design for online materials including website/mobile banners, mail magazine, social media posts, advertisements, logo, etc. by using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Attend daily meeting of Design team and present your projects, share your knowledge to improve other projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and turn those into effective creative briefs.
- Work with the creative teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and that they have all the information needed.
- Plan in-depth cross team projects with a good understanding of timings and dependencies
- Work with the Design Team Leads to ensure project timings are in line with the creative team's capacity.
- Create and maintain project schedules ensuring that project status is kept up to date.

**Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role**:

- Experience in working in a design role
- Excellent command of Adobe CC products (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular).
- Basic communication skills in Japanese
- Passion for design and creativity
- A strong foundation in at least one of the following focuses/skillsets:

- Anime illustration skills
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or AfterEffects to create a movie
- Skill to modify 3D animation by using Blender (or something similar)
- Ability to code and style frontend sites/microsites, (either from scratch or utilising a CMS such as WordPress)
