Passive Fire Inspector

We are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Inspector to work on various sites in Southampton as remedial works progress on high, medium and low rise premises.

As a Passive Fire Protection Inspector you will be responsible for conducting site based inspections of in built passive fire protection such as fire doorsets, fire stopping, cavity barriers, structural steel fire protection, fire dampers and ductwork.

The role will require Passive Fire Protection Inspectors to:

- **Undertake regular communication with Client’s to co-ordinate programmes of inspections and remedial works.**

**Ensure buildings conforms to the latest fire related Building Regulations and Technical Standards.**

**Taking particulars on site, writing up schedules of works and relating findings to other team members who will prepare and submit relevant information and quotations to clients. Experience of using online reporting software a benefit.**

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
