Working alongside the Branch Manager you will be a strong communicator and have excellent organisational skills. You will become part of a motivated team, ensuring everyone receives an appropriate, competent, and high level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy office with good earning potential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Elements of administration
- Properly registering applicants
- Providing support to the Branch Manager
- Co-ordination of appointments
- Diary Management
- Following up on feedback and encouraging offers
- Chasing solicitors’ details from buyers

- A positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communicator both written and verbally
- Passionate about customer service
- Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Computer competent and experience with CRM systems
- Ambitious and self-motivated
The role will likely develop over time as the business grows which may include some sales progression and a chance to develop or gain new skills.
Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday
- Friday, with every other Saturday to begin with (working from home) but as the team grows these will be shared across the team.
