Our client works to support women no matter what their circumstances are. They work in a trauma-informed way to help women identify their needs and support. These may include education, training, volunteering and work, working with women to claim benefitsand working with women in the criminal justice system (or on community orders) or un-sentenced women on remand in prison, with a particular focus on accommodation, finance and social inclusion needs.
**Details** Salary: £24,903 per annum
Hours: 37 hours (occasionally some after-5pm work).
Contract: Until 31st March 2025
Location: in-prison work/Homeworking
This post will require an Enhanced DBS check. Having a criminal record will not necessarily disqualify you from securing the post.
You’ll need to support their values which include being feminist, anti-racist, inclusive, responsive and person-centred. Due to the nature and sensitivity of the project’s client group, the post holder must be a self-identifying woman.
