**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Content Lead to join our dynamic London office. You will also have the opportunity to travel extensively with the CEO across UK/USA/UAE.

As a Content Lead, you will play a crucial role in curating social media content and managing social assets, particularly for our CEO's personal page. This is a standalone position, but you will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure our content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and Create Content**:Work closely with the CEO on a daily basis **to develop engaging and high-quality content for their personal social media page. Utilize your creativity and strategic thinking to conceptualize and execute compelling content ideas.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with the agreed marketing strategy. Manage social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery, and engage with the audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Video Capture, Editing, and Post-Production**:Possess strong video capturing skills to record and document important events, interviews, and promotional videos**. Edit and enhance video content using appropriate software, ensuring a professional and visually appealing end product.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives. Continuously monitor industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in content creation and delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of content across various channels and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in video capturing, editing, and post-production tools and software.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and experience in developing content for educational purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, generate creative ideas, and execute them effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
