**(Part Time and Full Time Positions Available)**

We are looking for outgoing, confident people to call clients and sell our 4A Trades Agency Service. (Experience not essential as full training will be provided and no admin skills are required)

Work will include the following:
1. Ringing Housebuilders, Contractors and Sub-Contractors and sell our All-Trades Recruitment Service in which we provide all types of well vetted and referenced tradespeople to them on competitive rates.

2. Taking Applications from Tradespeople and ensuring that they are properly classified, and references chased up when required.

3. Matching recruiters with appropriate tradespeople

**Essential Requirements**

1. Good telephone manner with good grasp of English and good communication skills

2. Use of a mobile phone for work

3. Admin Skills are **NOT** Required

**Self Employed Positions**

Self Employed positions with Expenses Allowance of £100 per week (Full Time) and £50 per week (Part Time)

Commissions of £25 for each new starter (Target 10 new starters per week) plus £10 for existing people (Target 40 Existing people) O.T.E. £650 Commission
