A key member of Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting multiple partners turning complex data into actionable insight that drives the delivery of business decision making and strategy. You will be passionate about working with data andexcited about unlocking insight from in-depth analysis using a variety of BI & Data Visualisation tools.

Responsibilities (once onboarded);
- Develop data analysis tools and solutions to support operational and commercial business planning
- Query and analyse performance data, providing impactful insight to the business performance
- Utilise data visualisation tools (Power BI) improve the insight and analytical capabilities of the business
- Provide business reporting support, automating current manual reporting where possible
- Interface and collaborate with other teams and develop and improve current solution
- Champion data-quality best practice

**Skills**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (i.e. Maths, Stats, Economics, Operational Research, Business Information)
- Good understanding of data driven business performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of data reporting, analysis & visualisation ideally using Power BI
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Understanding of SQL - advantageous
- Knowledge of scripting languages Python & R - advantageous
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical interpretation of quantitative data
- Work experience via industrial placement year or Internship in a data centric role would be welcome (but not essential).
