**About The Role**:
To control and manage company and project documentation. To act as the client primary point of contact for all Minor Capex Projects documentation working closely with the Vivergo Project Leaders.

**Role specific responsibilities**
- Work within the Vivergo Management Framework (VMF) to integrate existing document formats and electronic databases across all areas of the business (operations, commercial, financial) to provide efficient access to information.
- Point of contact
- Manages the day to day documentation interface between Vivergo and the technical services companies to ensure contracted deliverables are being met.
- Manages the update of engineering documents with ‘third party’ contractors.
- Act as Single Point of Contact for document control and transmittals between Vivergo and third parties.
- Acts as document controller for Minor Capex Projects working with the Project Manager and Project team, interfacing with third party design engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Documentation
- Carry out document control administration duties for all areas of the business including numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference, addition and maintenance of documents on the company EDMS and updating documents.
- Following and improving document control procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation meets internal / formal requirements and required standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FEMAS.
- Assists end users, where needed, to find documentation and provide training for new users, if required.
- Manage and distribute Controlled documents, including transmittal to parties outside of Vivergo.
- Manages the document updates from internal Vivergo ‘authors’.
- Carries out revision checks where required on updated documentation.
- Ensures correct revision control is applied to all relevant Vivergo documentation if this is not an automated function within proprietary software.
- Monitor review dates on documentation, prompting reviews to be conducted by relevant personnel.
- P&ID & Hard copies
- Manages the flow of drawings updates into and from the chosen ‘draughting house’ or internal Vivergo ‘authors’.
- Manages and maintains hard copy master drawing sets held in SO39 and copy sets in CCR/Field Centre.
- Manages and maintains the hard copy system and vendor dossier library in SO39 and the electronic register accompanying this, to be held in SharePoint or other equivalent software.
- Support Management of Change processes for documentation updates.

**Additional Information**
- The job has a wide scope and level of responsibility in ensuring that Vivergo documentation is in compliance with internal and regulatory expectations.
- The team will be relying on the incumbent to provide a high-quality service across a wide range of work faces.
- Ability to influence and challenge the organisation to get best in class documentation management.

**Salary**:£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus 10% benefits package.

**Contract**: Permanent

**Working hours**: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday.

Based at the Vivergo Fuels Site at the Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull.

**About You**:
**Knowledge - skills and experience required**

**General**:

- Typically educated to ‘A’ Level (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Experience of working in document control is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of the Process Engineering / Contract Industry essential.
- Works well in a team / collaborative environment

**Computers**:

- Fully adept with PC systems.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional
- High level of capability with Windows platforms.
- Competent and capable use of CAD packages for minor document updates, such as revision tables, drawing borders and minor amendments.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence
