**A key part of this role is the co-ordination of our AIM programme which supports our gifted and talented students across the College**. This is an important part of our inclusion curriculum package for our more able students which currently includes a programme of visiting lectures, trips (national and international), mentoring, interview prep and differentiation in the classroom. We offer a very generous time remission for this work.
