**Salary/Grade**: Grade 6 - £22,777 to £24,495 per annum

**Hours/Days**: 37 hours per week

**This is an opportunity to join the Council’s Streetscene Team **to undertake the administration of cemeteries and burial grounds within the District boundaries. The postholder will also assist with general administration within the service, working as part of a friendly and hardworking team who take pride in delivering excellent services to customers.

A good working knowledge of administrative procedures within a Cemetery / Burial Ground is essential together with good ICT skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to have compassion when dealing with the bereaved are requirements of the role. The postholder will be expected to undertake onsite safety inspections of memorial masonry.
